Madness will headline St Lawrence Ground, Kent Cricket on Sunday 9 August, for a major outdoor summer show in Canterbury.
Formed in Camden in 1976, Madness became a cornerstone of the two-tone ska movement, known for their sharp style and instantly recognisable sound. Their run of 15 UK Top 10 singles including One Step Beyond, Baggy Trousers, It Must Be Love and House of Fun – has made them one of Britain’s most enduring bands. Their Canterbury headline set will be built around the timeless tracks fans know and love.
Special guests Cast join the bill, bringing 90s favourites like Walkaway, Alright and Finetime. The Beat ft. Ranking Jr open the day with classic ska and upbeat rhythms.
